Submit a Request

Thanks for your interest in submitting a request for a Ronald McDonald^® appearance in Central Ohio. There are four simple steps to submitting a request:

Determine which show you’d like Ronald to perform.
Review the booking guidelines to ensure your request matches up with the guidelines.
Check Ronald's calendar to see if your preferred and backup dates are available.
Fill out and submit the form below.

Once you have submitted a request, it will be reviewed by the local program director and you'll receive an email in return either confirming your request or asking you to pick a new date. It's important to note that your request is not officially confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the program director.

* If you are placing a daycare request, please note that a minimum attendance of 50 kids is required.
